A blocking project-service RFQ that separately collects the complete finished base gabion, prefill/weighing/transport, load-bearing interfaces and lifting devices, and site lifting/placement inputs. Physical owner defaults to null; ID33 is a candidate only for a double-twisted route, a welded route requires a separate complete owner, and the ID11 panel kit is expressly prohibited as owner.
